SKINTOP® CLEAN
For maximum process reliability when it counts: this cable gland combines minimal particle emission, microbial material protection and a white surface for quick contamination detection. It therefore sets standards in sensitive areas - ideal for clean rooms up to ISO class 1, dry rooms and the food and beverage industry.
Benefits
- Tested for low particle emission in accordance with EN ISO 14644-14 and therefore suitable for use in cleanrooms up to ISO class 1 in accordance with EN ISO 14644-1. This supports a high level of process reliability in sensitive environments.
- The material is resistant to bacterial growth in accordance with DIN EN ISO 846, method C. This protects the material from microbial degradation and supports compliance with hygiene standards in demanding areas of application.
- The white colour enables quick detection of possible contamination. This allows sources of contamination to be identified at an early stage.
- Highly stable when being turned and closes quickly thanks to its multi-start, flattened trapezoidal thread.
- If vibration occurs, the permanent vibration protection prevents the cap nut from opening.
